7th annivessary

Yesterday was our 7th anniversary. Initially, we planned to have a lunch date on Monday @ Basil bangsar during lunch time. But unfortunately, Muaz was down with fever and flu about few hours after we were back from TM Family's Day @ Desa Waterpark. So both of us decided to take EL on Monday to take care of lil Muaz. Pity him. He was so restless and can't sleep very well even after we gave him medicine. Badan so kebal to the medicine kot because normally baby will fall asleep after taking the flu medicinekan?

So both parents didn't get enough sleep and rest as well la. Rumah jgn nak kata betapa bersepahnya :). No choice still have to give time, energy and focus to lil Muaz. In between, I still managed to bake Choc Chip CC just to have a home anniversary celebration. We so love this cake since I've not baked CC for quite a long time and this time I used oat as the base. The oat taste was really good.

So we changed the lunch date to today. Hubby fetched me @ office and we went Basil by motorcycle. Yep, I ride motorcycle even I wore baju kurung today. Kaki tak nampak ok :p ada seluar pjg n stokin. hehe

The food there was superb for me especially the Pulut Mangga. I love the food very much la. Last year we also celebrated the anniversary at Thai's restaurant but the food in Basil still better than last year @ Umah thai. Baru ku perasan tahun lepas pon makan Thai food n buat Choc Chip CC. Huhu. Thanks abg for the lunch date today ;) Luv u today, tomorrow and forever. May Allah bless our family always.

About the FD a bit. It was very well organized. Tapi rakyat jelata punya la ramai . Nak berkumpul ngan kengkawan lain pon tak dapek...Huh sungguh ramai staff TM ek. Tapi mmg syok la tiket free. kfc pon free. Dinner plate lagi tuh feveret Mus'ab. Layan gambo sket nooo

6th annivesary

Tak sangka yer..last Sat remarked our 6th annivesary. For the past 6 years, my life is blooming with the love from beloved husband and kids. Love u all so much.

Homemade cake is a must because usually kalau beli kat kedai last-last masuk tong sampah ( except Secret Recipe kot..tapi tgk gak jenis kek)
Lunch treat by Hubby @ Restoran Rumah Thai Taman Melati: Tom Yam, Butter Prawn, Ayam Pandan, Ketam 3 rasa, Kerapu Asam Pedas Alai Thai.

For me the food is average. This is maybe due to the food taste doesn't suit my anak tekak @ my expectation is very high when we used to dine out once in a blue moon. BTW, I've informed hubby on the way home that I would like him to buy from Pasar Borong all fresh ketam, udang, ikan merah and other ikan-ikan so that I can cook myself yang lagi klasss..tapi before tu cam biasa la dik non kene surf resipi sedap2 kat internet :p

Anak-anak yang sukar di kawal bila dok restoran..ke hulu ke hilir asyik main jek..tak makan sgt pon.

Finally the anugerah ulangtahun perkahwinan ke 6 kami:

Telling you all the truth on this since I feel the tummy is getting bigger sooner. This 1st trimester so far went very well. As expected jugak based on the previous pregnancy. I'm still able to do all my activities of interest like cook, bake, unit trust and other housekeeping matters. So far, only 1 day MC recorded which was just happened on recent Monday due to fever. Alhamdulillah. My due will be on 10 of Aug 08 which is 2 weeks before Ramadhan. I pray to deliver as early on 1st/2nd Aug so that at least I would be able to fast on the final week of Ramadhan.

Mus'ab, Choc Chip Cheesecake, Millionaire?

(1) Sunday is toilet training day for Mus'ab. Yesterday was his 4th week on the training. So far he progress very well even sometimes we did mistakes of not monitored him properly.

(2) After I finished decorated Rifqi's birthday cake last Saturday, I decided to try a new cheesecake recipe from Kraft with little modification. After maghrib I baked this Choc Chip Cheesecake. Truly amazing, it does taste quite outstanding. I brought the cake 3/4 quarter to the office today. Alhamdulillah, every tester did give good remarks. My GM & VP also tried it. I served them while they have discussion a the room. (This is not bodek ok, just a promotion). Already got 1 Choc Moist Cake order from GM ( my new GM effective July) and 1 Choc Chip CC order for hari raya. Out of all the tester that gave credit to the cake, Abang didn't give any comment. (Sampai hati!) But he can finished the whole slice of cake that I left in the fridge.

(3) Very rarely read non cooking/baking book currently I'm reading Secrets of Internet Millionaires Revealed by Dr Irfan Khairi as inspired by Abang. I wish I could also work from home, earn good income, see the kids grow in front of my own eyes, cook early for dinner, toilet train Mus'ab every day etc etc bla bla ;)

(4) My curtain sewing project resumed starting last Friday after I stopped the activity for 6 months. Insyallah will share the photo once we have bought the curtain rail & hang on the curtain. We'll be moving to the new office this Friday. I shall start packing my stuffs today.
