Homemade and instant Pizza

My 1st attempt of baking Pizza was about 3 years ago. It's started with Meat Pizza. Read Here.

Then followed with Chicken Hawaiian Chicken. Read here.

And last 2 weeks ( after many years kan?) , I baked again my homemade + instant Pizza. Here we goes...
Sos Piza

Bebahan:
1 Bawang besar, potong dadu
1 tin kecil tomato paste
4-5 sudu tomato sauce
5-10 cili kering, blend finely
1 sudu teh spices like Oregano, Basil
Sedikit air
Garam

Cara:
1) Tumis bawang, then masukkan cili kering diikuti bahan2 lain.
2) Nak pedas lg, tambah lagi cili kering. For me, this one dah cukup pedasnya.

Topping Chicken Style
2 keping dada ayam potong dadu, digoreng dgn sedikit minyak & lada hitam hingga masak
Grated cheese
Any vegi: like cendawan, nenas, carrot ikut suka. Kali ni aku wat Carrot and Nenas

Topping Seafood style
Tuna putih dalam tin
Udang digoreng dgn sedikit minyak & lada hitam hingga masak
Grated cheese
Any vegi: like cendawan, nenas, carrot ikut suka.

Cara:
1. Sapukan sos piza atas doh.
2. Tabur daging cincang yg dh digoreng td
3. Tabur sayur-sayuran
4. Tabur cheese
5. Bakar dlm 15-20 min. Check noo jgn sampai hangus

Pizza ni tak sesuai la plak layan time bulan pose kan? So layan je lepas Ramadhan nnti ya =)

Before masuk oven

Dah kuar oven. Caution, Hot!

Owh, semalam 1st time Ramadhan di Pejabat. Aku kuar mmg sharp jam 4.30pm, tp dok Q parking je 1/2 jam! Sampai umah 6pm+ gak! Adoii...cemana la start next week kan..ntah sempat masa ke tidak. Solat Asar tu pon dh lewat beb! huhu

alamak.. gamba blur. i can imagine korang terkejar balik dari ofis, redah jem lagi, pastu nak masak. been there done it. but nothing beats homecooked kan.

betul k.tie. Saya even tho smpi awal kol 5++, pas solat, terus ke dapur, 615pm amik kids, kalo x siap msk lg samung msk. Pas berbuka basuh pinggan kemas sume...adus lenguh giler bdn & kaki ku :p

beb, pizza tu letak capsicum & button mushroom lg masyuk :)

kak tie, mmg blur sbb ni dr henfon nokiaku shj..owh..yg dr kamera ada tp tak sempat nak transfer

yati, mmg la masyukkk..masalahnyer bonda tu takdo kat umah den, aku gune bahan yg ado saje..memula tu dh gi pasor pagi cr capsicum skali dah abeh..so deman kate takpe la..guna je nenas ngan carrot

mmg terkejar la..aku kene terus amik kids sbb taska tutup kui 6pm, then solat lg..so rasanya 6.30pm baru start masak ( kalau larat) minggu depan

actually masak tu kejap je kalo bhn sumer dah siap mlm tadi. cuma jd lambat kalo ade gangguan dr kekanak tuh huhu

knp piza tak sesuai time buka bulan2 posa nih...
kat bazar ramadhan pun dah ade yg jual pizza mcm2 perisa..

saya pernah wat pizza, tapi jenuh nak menguli doh. pasni beli readymade pizzabase la..memang berbaloi buat sendiri kan. Jimat. TQ for sharing farra.

yati, mmg msk kejap..nak layan depa ni yg lama..nak berak ler..susu ler..gaduh ler etc

Yan, sbb cam saya ni jenis perut makan nasi..so piza tak layan sgt time pose..org lain tak tau la..hehe

mila, aa guna roti siap, tak kuasa nak menguli doh! rasanya wat roti paling lama
