It's finally Fella

Dah lama merancang untuk beli sofa baru. Ingat entrynya disini? Semalam bermula dari awal pagi dok membakar kalori ngemas umah atas dan bawah dan tetiba terjumpa iklan Warehouse Fella design dalam timbunan kertas-kertas iklan yang berlonggok kat bawah porch. Apalagi kali ni terjebak betul!

Rambang mata nak memilih and as usual as frugal person we took quite a long time to decide which sofa to buy...among the range ...3+2+1 OR 3+2 OR few more options. Sampai la hujan turun..sampai dah maghrib..tak jugak decide...kedai nak tutup jam 8pm. Huhu

Akhirnya...yg ni menjadi pilihan:

3+2 @ RM2999 (40 % diskaun kalau tak silap) including delivery charge of RM90.

Opss...dah selamat sampai umah hari ni jam 12pm. Sungguh awal gitu! Kami kawtim abeh semalam soh salesman tu masukkan delivery charge sekali dlm harga sofa tu hehe :). Sape2 nak beli sofa 2 seaters mmg byk giler pilihan. Ranga yang 3+2 / 3+2+1 agak limited. Lagi satu coffe table kat situ sgt elegan dan murah, kalau beli kang membazir pulak :)

Sofa lama berusia 4 tahun. Dibeli pada Harga RM900.

Masa beli tu baru masuk rumah baru n budget very tight, so beli murah aje. Senang je nak dispose. Tadi kami mintak uncle cina yg hantar sofa tu hangkut skali dengan upah RM20.

Btw, masih ada lg 2 sofa lama lg yg dok menghiasi ruang tgk tv. Sayang pulak nak buang. Boleh la buat tempat lepas masa tgk tv.

Belah kiri tu 2 seaters sofa lama kami dan belah kanan 3 seaters sofa lama mak kasi.

Ha tu mmg pemandangan hari Ahad, hari santai-santai di hari Ahad. Tergolek dok bantal bantal dan toto.

Ayah kata mama senyum sampai telinga hari ni sbb dpt sofa. Bukanlah! Mama happy sebab dah masak awal ( roasted chicken you!) and now boleh rehat-rehat ngan anak-anak :) 2 hari ni mmg sgt produktif..asik membakar kalori aje...ntah la nape..agaknya sbb nk dpt sofa baru :p

ESOS~ harga TM agak naik ek? jom esok tgk lg kot2 ada rezeki jual baki2 ESOS yang ada.

Delay gratification..again??

With X amount of money for new car downpayment, I've decided to delay my gratification so that I would use it to make the cash growing further. This is the result after having conversation with my Dad and seeing is really believeing to his success.

Let's see how it will works successfully. Steps that have been taken to achieve that:

• Open savings & CDS account. The OSK guy called yesterday and tell they will take 3 working days

So excited to start my i-broking very soon! learning..exploring..i love it! This pantang I guess already have the activity.... reading, updating clients, learning fundamental and technical analysis of stock market.

However, I've decided to buy the HP mini 2133 this weekend in Lowyat for my easy i-broking and easy UT presentation / updates to my clients. Insyallah will also drop by Celcom Branch to ask about the Celcom BB staff package.

Pejam celik pejam celik, after 1 year and 2 months in Unit Trust, my clients reached 50. Thank u for your support and trust my dear clients.

What else can I say about KLCI movement..what go up will go down and what go down will go up ..just like our life. Today it closed higher by 15 points at 1023.96!
