My milk production recorded declining trend since after raya, specifically when my menstruation cycle returns to normal. Currently, I only left with 2 drawers of EBM stock @ home. Meaning, by 1 yr old ( another 2 months to go), I 'll be running out of stocks if I'm not able to produce 4-5 packs of EBM during office hours ( stock-in) since the milk intake in total per day is 6 packs ( 5 chilled/frozen + 1 fresh). I'm only able to produce 3 packs of EBM right now and due to that I have to express once during the night to ensure I must produce 4 packs.
Since 3 weeks ago, I've taken Fenugreek but telling the truth, I didn't see any improvement :( This week target I to buy Lobak Putih & Jantung Pisang. Ya Allah permudahkan urusanku...

~ Pandai panjat tangga, turun tangga belum lagi
~ Pandai turun sofa dan tilan, tiada insiden jatuh..alhamdulillah
~ Dia sangat rajin mengutip, semua benda masuk mulut, alahai seleranya
~ Dan akibatnya, sejak Ahad kene cirit-birit sederhana sampai semalam.
~ Setiap hari akan melalak bila sampai ke Taska, dulu tak cenggini. Bila petang masa mama sampai gelak ceria
Cerita Mus'ab:
Semalam dia kata " Mama, Mus'ab nak adik perempuan!"

kiter pun rasa gitu gak bila dah start cycle cam biasa. tapi jgn peduli sgt, terus think positive.

me too masa period, tapi kalau risau sangat... jangan stress stress
aku buat power pumping sambil tengok tv atau baca novel.. power pumping ni penting untuk tingkatkan pengeluaran susu

rezeki Allah tentukan. teruskan berusaha. kalau ada rezeki, adalah. tak kira, rezeki susu ataupun rezeki anak baru.. ops!

Hi.. now i have a 9 month old son..as of now, nipple i crack and pedih sesgt bile latch or pump tetambah dia dah ada gigi. Today sepanjang hari, pump dpt 2 oz je..panicking..susu cam dah nak kering.. Yesterday dpt 4oz and the day before 10...any comments or help!! I taknak wean lagi
