Homemade Wholemeal Bread


Bahan-bahan:
250gm wholemeal flour
375gm high protein / high gluten flour ( tepung roti)
1 paket yis segera (mauripan)
20gm marjerin
15gm brown sugar
360ml air

Cara-cara:
1. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan di atas ke dalam mixer.
2. Uli dengan mixer selama 10-15 minit dan rehatkan kejap. Ulang 2 kali lagi.
3. Rehatkan doh selama 30 minit.
4. Tumbuk doh untuk keluarkan angin dan mula bentuk ikut suka. Saja nak bentuk oblog kali ni sbb nak belah tengah dan sapu planta & kaya.
5. Letak atas loyang yg telah dilenser dan kemudian tutup dgn kain dan biar doh naik 2 kali ganda, anggaran 45-60minit.
6. Sebelum bakar, sapu dengan sedikit susu
7. Bakar selama 20-25 minit / sampai masak.
8. Belah tengah dan sapu planta & kaya. Sangat terangkattt !!! i likeeeeeeeee

Doh siap diuli

Nota: Tidak dinafikan buat roti mudah je. Jadi dah tak jadi beli BreadMaker la wat masa ni. Uli je guna SPAR Mixerku. huhu
