My vitamins

I rarely take supplementary vitamin. The last time that I took was only the supple for pregnant woman like folic acid etc.

I'm taking it now considering my hectic schedule whereas I hope to stay healthy and active.
Currently I'm taking Vitamic C and Garlic Tablet.

I think Vitamin C is good for me because it is an antioxidant. There have been also many claims that Vitamin C relieves stress, or can help you lose weight .

The Veggie that I used to eat everyday also contain Vit C. I like to follow this tip to preserve the Vitamin in the Veggies- cook for a while! The longer you cook veggies - the more the vitamin decreases ( raw veggies contain the most) :D

Other important benefits of Vitamin C is the formation of collagen - the basis of our connective tissue in skin, capillary walls, bones, and teeth. Vit C also stimulates our immune system.

I used to get flu whenever my kids got flu. Ni kes emak berjangkit dengan anak. One of the friend throw the idea to take Garlic Table. What I know is Garlic helps retain Normal Blood Pressure. Studies show that garlic promotes cardiovascular health by helping to retain normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels when used as part of a low-fat, low-cholesterol diet.

Anyway, the choc cupcakes here is just 'gambar hiasan'. I baked it yesterday since the oven has been rested for almost 2 weeks. hehe

makan garlic mentah.. 2 ulas sehari bule kurangkan kolestrol.. sanggup ke tapi?

erkk..tak pernah makan yang mentah..sebab tu makan pil garlic, lg sesuai kan?
