My 2nd cake deco class

Selasa lepas sy amik cuti Gantian khas keputeraan agung. Sy gi kelas Two tiers wedding cake kat Yen. Kelas start jam 10am-4pm. Yuran kursus RM70. Saja nak belajar buat bunga ros and improve lg skill dekorasi kek. Kami belajar juga guna air brush. Memang susah jugak nak buat bunga ros rupanya. Mula-mula asyik tak jadi. Mmg dah frust. Lps tu , sy tukar nozzle lain , then hasilnya memuaskan sket.


Inilah hasil keknya. Kek yang menggunakan vanila sponge cake & butter cream. The cream taste good as it's used krimwell, butter & golden syrup.

Anggaran berat kek ni lebih kurang 2.5++kg. Kalau anda mahu, sy buat guna Choc Moist Cake/Orange Butter Cake/Marble Cake. Lagi sedap kan? Lg best 1st tier kek lain, then 2nd tier pon perisa lain.

amboiii cantiknya bunga rose mu.. kembang mekar lagi.. gi kelas tak ajak org :P nanti kita tempah kek lagi yek.. lately sibuk skit :)

aini, bleh kasi special price for 1st customer
yati, paling susah buat bunga tu ler, tatau lg nak buat bila
baiti, lama tk dgr citer, kalau nk order, awal2 sket ok
