As challenged by QZ, I baked 'Baked Brownie' ( google this word and u will find many recipes posted bout it) for the first time in my life. The first brownie turn very well on last Sunday and I baked it again yesterday. So in total, 2 brownie in just 4 days! According to her, it's Oprah favorite Brownie, so I just wanna try and it taste wonderful.
When I google the recipe, there's a lot, and I choose this one: thecookbookchronicles.
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp dark unsweetened cocoa
11 oz. dark chocolate, coarsely chopped . I used brand Beryl's Dark Compund Choc
250gmgm unsalted butter, cut into 1″ pieces
1 tsp instant espresso powder. I don't have espresso , so I just used nescafe
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
5 eggs at room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1) In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and cocoa.
2) Melt the chocolate, butter, instant espresso powder, stirring occasionally, until completely melted and smooth. Turn off the heat. Whisk in the sugars. Add 3 eggs to the mixture and whisk until combined. Add the remaining eggs and whisk until combined. Stir in the vanilla.
3) Sprinkle in the flour mixture, and fold the flour mixture into the chocolate until combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake in the center of the oven for 30-45 minutes, rotating the pan halfway through the baking time, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.

I love it very much coz it's easy to make it taste very good : fudgy, sweet and crunchy on top. It doesn't need any frosting.
2nd output. Hubby and Mus'ab said I spoiled the "good -looking cake" with the icing sugar. Ok next time, I won't do it again k..
