My new toy

This is the most meaningful Raya gift from Abang. I was aiming for better brand like Kenwood / kitchen Aid but end up we just bought SPAR. SPAR 's price is quite affordable as compared to the 2 leading brands, only RM1850. For the same capacity (8 quart), kenwood price at RM2660 & KitchenAid RM2300. We bought it from HOI.

It comes with 3 types of hooks. Plus one ## (don't know what to call)The free gifts HOI gave to me! They are: Cookies mix, Royal Muffin Mix, Potato bread mix, American Choc Cake Mix, Sponge Cake Mix, Butter Cake Mix all together worth about RM20. Of course all comes together with the recipe, if not, I don't know how to make it! But when to try ek? Maybe this coming Open House la kot. So tungguuuu ;) To anyone who never visit to this kind of shop, they sell lot of ready made and instant mix, so that you can easily follow the recipe without lots of effort. So, don't malas2 oki.I've officially returned the old Mixer to my Mom. I can't count how many cakes that you have made! To date, I have 2 Mixer, the smaller 2.5 litter and my Spar, 7.6litter. Alhamdulillah, at least I've invested something for future in case my company want to kick me out! (beranilah!, hari ni pon aku balik kui 7mlm dr ofis, kalau company sendiri dah boleh kaya)

I've made 2 more raya cookies with my SPAR namely Almond Crisp and Lovely Alamanda. Will share the recipe & pic tomorrow.
