250gm Cream cheese
1/4 butter
6 biji kuning telur
60 gm tepung jagung
1/2 cawan cream
1 sudu esen limau
(B)
125 gm castor sugar
6 biji putih telur
1. Pukul bahan (B) hingga kembang
2. Dalam bekas berasingan, pukul semua bahan (A) hingga rata & adunan menjadi lembut
3. Masukkan bahan (B) dan kacau rata-rata
4. Bakar dalam oven secara 'Steam' pada suhu 180° for 1 hour
Cara Steam:
1. Sediakan 2 bekas yang berlainan saiz.
2. Isikan lebih kurang 1/2 cawan air dalam bekas yg lebih besar.
3. Masukkan adunan ke dalam bekas yg lebih kecil
4. Letakkan bekas yg lebih kecil ke dalam bekas yang berisi air & bakar di dalam oven.
Tip: Jika guna spring type pan, make sure you wrap your pan with aluminium foil to avoid water from going into the pan.

I just tried this new cheesecake recipe, Mable Cheese Cake last Sunday. I found it so delicious but it’s quite soft and hard to cut into neat pieces.
Crust:
1 cup Oreo Cookie crumbs
2.5 tbsp.butter – melted
Filling:
500gm Cream cheese
1 cup Cream
1 cup milk
100gm dark chocolate- melted
150gm Fine sugar
1 ts salt
Prepare the crust:
1. Crunch the Oreo Cookie crumbs using a food processor into fine bits. Melt the butter and add into the crushed cookies.
2. Press onto the bottom and sides of a 9 springform pan.
Prepare the filling:
3. Bring the cream cheese fully to room temperature.
4. Beat the cream cheese, sugar & salt until the mixture is smooth, free of lumps and fluffy.
5. Fold in milk
6. Stir the melted chocolate into the filling & make marble effect using spoon.ikut je creativiti memasing
7. Pour batter into the springfrom pan
8. Bake at 110°- 120° for 160 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean.
