vitamin apa yg bagus utk ibu 30-an?

Bila dah masuk final week of confinement ni aku rasa badan dah rasa sgt penat dek kerana menguruskan hal ehwal rumahtangga agaknya. Agaknya perlu amik vitamin tambahan utk tambah tenaga and to keep my body fit. Lagi-lagi umur dah masuk 3 series ni. Apart of that, makan buah masih diamalkan.

Bila google, ramai org guna shaklee. Bagus sgt ker ek? Or ada vitamin lain? Kat farmasi pon byk brand .. fenin nk pilih. Ada cadangan?

aku tak makan shaklee.. tapi selalu kalau pergi farmasi, cuba kau tanya dgn pharmacist dia..

last time aku nyusukan fahri sampai 2 tahun, gynae suruh maintain calcium, obimin. calcium penting walaupun kita tak menyusu badan, wanita selalu neglect benda ni.

masa aku gi farmasi, pharmacist suggest aku ambil cod liver oil, sebab kite pun kurang makan ikan kan.

aah farrah. kita yg x penah experience pregnant masa 20s pun sgt terasa lah penat2 nya pregnant umur 30s ni. sometimes ok sgt energy level. at time, adoyai. padahal apa je buat, tgk keja, and menda2 housewife buat je. weather pun kot sbb if sejuk sgt, mmg rasa penat especially bila keluar. aah rasanya selalu dgr amik more calcium+zinc+vit c at all time.

Aida, oo ok..dah la aku ni malas minum susu, so penting la calcium tu kan..ok nnti aku tanye

Afi, ms preggy mmg penat jugak..vitamin ni mmg sama penting utk ibu preggy & menyusu..selama ni mmg buat x kesah.. awak jgn skip pil doc kasi yer..penting for u & bby

farrah.. ika amik shaklee yg kat atas tu... ada member ofis ni yg buat, so dpt ler member price.. so far alHamdulillah mmg improve sgt kalau makan consisten laaa kan .. tahap kepenatan dan kelembikan tu berkurangan la.. kalau kejap amik kejap tak mcm sukar sikit la nak nampak hasil ahhaha.. additional vitamin yg amik ialah fish oil, rasa sel2 otak mcm berfungsi dengan lebih baik lepas makan tu.. oh, calcium..kalau fara rajin makan cheese dan minum susu anlene, takyah la amik.. amik time tak amik calcium la...

yang plg penting is vitamin X. exercise. i'm taking fish oil+epo, blackseed, gso. madu khaula oso. utk kulit nak ambik collagen tp kena tgu keje semula sbb mahal. makan buah byk2 as well as sayur. buat fresh fruit juice kalau ada kelapangan. akak kureng sikit jus jual kat kedai sbb kena keep chill kan. i dont really take air sejuk/berais.

kalau pasal brand, one of my fren hub dia ada cancer. dr kat spital sajes makan brand USANA. apapun, semuanya ikut kesesuaian badan. kalau from our daily meal dah sukup semua tu, then supplement x perlu dah..

my gynae suggest amik pharmaton..dia bagi masa pegi check up sebulan dua lepas bersalin..bagus jugak sebab awal2 bela anak dulu sgt la lembik, dgn tido, mkn semua tak cukup..kdg2 rasa nak pitam semua ada..calcium mmg penting esp. utk ibu yg menyusu, kalo tak suka susu, cuba la amik yogurt ke, or anything else yg membekalkan calcium :)

Dah anak 3 atau 4 mmg nutrients dlm bdan kita dah tak berapa ada... lagi pulak, kalau anak rapat2. I think our body needs a round 2 years to recover from the losses during pregnancy and at least the first 6 months of breastfeeding. Yealah baby tu mmg solely ambil nutrients drp kita. I have started consuming Shaklee. So far, alhamdulillah, espcially the ESP to added bonus bagi tenaga. Kurang letih, jadi kurang stress dan kurang rasa nak marah (benda dua ni berlaku bila badan terlalu letih). Calcium is very important not just for you but for the baby too. Kalau kita x cukup calcium baby tu minum susu kita pun x berapa cukuplah calcium kan... Saya ambil anmum lacta (mahal, tapi I wanted the best for my baby). She didn't show a steady growth masa dia 5-8 months, then I decided to consume semua2 kat atas (susu, kadang2 yogurt calcium-yg claim ada banyak calcium tu, dan jugak shaklee suplement). Alhamdulillah, I can feel that she's more like 8-9 months old baby, now dah tak cekeding :D dan tak demam berulang2 mcm dulu.
